Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are available on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, only exchanges are permitted.

• Exchanges allowed for size or colour (same product only), subject to stock.
• No returns unless the item is damaged or defective.(We currently have a limited stock of 120 T-shirts, and every order is inspected before dispatch.)
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

• A courier will collect the original item right from your doorstep—no hassle for you.

1. Quality Check at Pickup

• If enabled, Shiprocket’s delivery agent may inspect the item during pickup to ensure it matches the exchange request.

1. Processing & Delivery of Replacement Item

• After your original item is picked up, the replacement will be dispatched to you using the same courier.

1. Track Both Shipments

• You can monitor both the pickup (reverse) and the delivery (forward) shipments directly from the tracking page.

Exchange Policy for Non-Serviceable / Rural Areas - If you're located in an area where Shiprocket does not offer pickup services (non-serviceable or rural PIN codes), please follow these steps for an exchange:

1. Notify Us for Exchange Request

• Send us a message via email or direct DM so we can confirm your exchange request and guide you.

1. Arrange Return Shipping at Your Expense

• Please dispatch the item to us through a courier of your choice—you will be responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

• Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly ship out your replacement using Shiprocket or another reliable courier depending on your location.

Shipping Policy
