Order Processing

  • Please allow 24 hours for order processing after payment verification, subject to product availability.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or major Indian holidays.

  • All orders ship from Punjab, India.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email and call shortly after placing your order. If you do not see email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Shipping Timeline

  • India Orders: Complimentary 3–5 business day standard shipping.

  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express / UPS / International Courier. Delivery time varies by location. Duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as Pre-Order will ship once they arrive at our facility.

  • Payment will be collected at checkout.

  • Pre-Orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Delays
Orders may experience delays during peak seasons, special releases, or promotional periods.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once the courier marks a package as Delivered, LOVEISH is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Any issues should be addressed directly with the courier service.

Sale & Promotional Items
All sale or promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
