Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We currently do not accept returns, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
We do offer exchanges for size or color (same product only) subject to stock availability.


Eligibility for Exchange or Return (Damaged Items Only)

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Any item returned without original packaging or found to be worn/used will not be accepted.


Exchange Process

  1. Email us at Customercare.loveish@gmail.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  3. For size/color exchanges (non-damaged), customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship your replacement.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • We do not offer monetary refunds — approved returns will be resolved through replacement or store credit.
